Applicable National Standard: GB/T 17794-2021 Flexible Foam Rubber and Plastic Thermal Insulation Products Material: Fully closed-cell foamed blend of nitrile butadiene rubber and polyvinyl chloride, black flexible thermal insulation material; available in bare boards, single-sided aluminum foil clad boards and self-adhesive boards

  • Self-adhesive elastomeric foam board: Pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back for easy bonding construction

  • Self-extinguishes once away from flame, no molten drips, low smoke emission

Grade B2 (Flammable, for general civil thermal insulation)

Note: Aluminum foil facing is non-combustible and cannot change the inherent combustion grade of the rubber-plastic substrate.

5. Acoustic Noise Reduction Performance

Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC): 0.45~0.65; integrates thermal insulation, vibration damping and noise reduction for pipelines and air ducts

6. Additional Parameters of Aluminum Foil Clad Boards

  • Aluminum Foil Types: Plain bright aluminum, grid embossed aluminum, reinforced mesh aluminum, PET laminated anti-aging aluminum foil

  • Aluminum Foil Thickness: 8~20 μm, thermal reflectivity ≥85%

  • Advantages: Block water vapor penetration, prevent condensation, resist ultraviolet rays and aging outdoors, protect rubber-plastic surface
