Substrate: Nano-silica aerogel + glass fiber needle-punched blanket (standard type); high-temperature type adopts ceramic fiber-based aerogel blanket Optional outer cladding: Single-sided / double-sided aluminum foil aerogel blanket (for vapor barrier, UV protection and mechanical damage resistance)

Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC): approx. 0.4~0.6, provides both thermal insulation and noise reduction Long-term stability: Thermal performance attenuation ≤5% under long-term high-temperature service; far longer service life than rock wool and elastomeric foam (3~5 years for elastomeric foam, 15~25 years for aerogel)
