Material: Closed-cell foamed composite of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Three product types: Bare elastomeric foam tubes, slit self-adhesive elastomeric foam tubes, aluminum foil clad elastomeric foam tubes

1.4 Product Classification
Closed elastomeric foam tube: Integrally extruded with optimal tightness, preferred for pre-buried new pipelines
Slit self-adhesive elastomeric foam tube: Longitudinal slit with pressure-sensitive adhesive, easy construction for old pipeline renovation
Aluminum foil clad elastomeric foam tube: Outer aluminum foil lamination for vapor barrier, sun protection, anti-condensation and outdoor weather resistance

Rapid self-extinguishing after flame removal, no molten drips, low smoke and low toxicity
Grade B2 (Flammable, for ordinary civil anti-freezing insulation)
Note: Aluminum foil facing is non-combustible material, which cannot change the inherent fire rating of elastomeric foam body.

6. Acoustic Performance
Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC): 0.45~0.62
The flexible structure can weaken water flow vibration and pipeline resonance noise, widely used for noise reduction in machine rooms.
