Project Overview
This is a standardized factory building construction project for a large industrial park in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, covering thermal insulation and noise reduction construction for steel structure workshops, production workshops, warehouses, central air-conditioning air ducts and industrial mechanical equipment. Steel structure workshops are characterized by rapid heat dissipation, large temperature differences and high operating noise of equipment, resulting in high indoor temperature in summer, poor thermal insulation in winter and severe noise pollution inside workshops. Therefore, integrated treatment of thermal insulation, heat isolation, noise reduction and fire prevention is required for the whole building.

Project Scheme and Implementation
We customized an exclusive thermal insulation and noise reduction solution to cope with complex working conditions of industrial plants. Large areas of glass wool and pixel thermal insulation cotton are laid on workshop roofs, walls and suspended ceilings. Relying on their lightweight thermal insulation and efficient sound absorption properties, they solve the problems of cold winter, hot summer and excessive noise inside workshops. High-performance high-temperature-resistant aerogel blanket is adopted as the core insulation layer for high-temperature production equipment and steam transmission pipelines in the plant. With excellent heat insulation and flame retardant performance, it can effectively reduce heat loss of equipment and adapt to long-term high-temperature industrial operation conditions. Foil pixel boards are installed on exterior walls of workshops, equipment protective layers and outer surfaces of central air-conditioning ducts. Featuring dust-proof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant and high-strength advantages, they adapt to complex operating environments in industrial parks. All series of insulation products feature standard specifications and strong adaptability with tight installation fit and stable and durable structure, perfectly suitable for construction scenarios including workshop equipment, walls and air ducts.
Project Achievements
Upon completion of overall construction, the constant temperature effect of the workshop is greatly improved, indoor noise meets standard requirements, and heat utilization efficiency of equipment is significantly increased, fully complying with safety production standards for energy conservation, noise reduction and fire prevention of industrial plants.
