Langfang Baibei New Materials Co., Ltd. has reached a long-term strategic supply cooperation agreement with a large heating operation and maintenance group in Hebei Province. The two parties signed an annual framework supply contract for thermal insulation materials focusing on urban central heating pipe network renovation and energy-saving upgrading projects of heat exchange station equipment, covering bulk procurement of core products such as aerogel insulated pipes, rock wool products and aluminum foil composite panels. This marks the in-depth recognition of the company’s high-temperature industrial thermal insulation products by the large-scale public engineering market.
At present, the renovation and upgrading of urban heating pipe networks across China is accelerating. Traditional thermal insulation materials are plagued by obvious drawbacks including poor temperature resistance, high heat loss and short service life. Prior to this cooperation, the technical team of the heating group paid multiple field visits to the factory to inspect the production process of workshops, raw material warehousing system and finished product testing laboratory. They verified item by item the sound absorption and noise reduction performance of glass wool, thermal insulation parameters of aerogel and fire resistance grade of panels. After multiple rounds of sample tests and on-site working condition comparisons, the annual supply plan was finally confirmed. As stipulated in the agreement, Langfang Baibei New Materials will arrange production in batches as required and deliver goods by dedicated vehicles, while providing full-chain supporting services including product selection guidance, on-site installation technical consultation and after-sales quality assurance to ensure the on-time progress of pipe network renovation projects.
